# What's new

Updates and new features across the Top Rated Cities network.

July 2026

### Grow-with-your-city updates

You can now subscribe from any city site to get the occasional local note: new top-rated pros, seasonal home-and-auto how-tos, and what changed near you. Double opt-in, no spam, and one-click unsubscribe in every email.

July 2026

### Post a job, get matched

Describe a project - a repair, an install, a quote you need - and we route it to top-rated pros in your area. Tell Maya in the chat or use the job form; only your rough area is shared, never your street address, until a pro takes the job.

July 2026

### Free accounts: save pros and leave reviews

Sign in with a one-time email link or Google to save your favorite local pros and leave reviews on the businesses you have actually hired. Reviews are checked before they appear.

July 2026

### Meet Maya, the 24/7 concierge

Maya answers the chat on every page and the phone at (813) 454-0813, around the clock. She knows every ranked business on the site, helps you find the right pro, and connects you directly when you ask for a callback.

July 2026

### Top Rated badges for verified businesses

Every listed business can display a free 'Listed on' badge that links back to its profile. Businesses ranked in the top 10 of their category earn a personalized Top Rated 2026 award when they claim and verify their listing.

July 2026

### How-we-rank, in plain language

New methodology and FAQ pages spell out exactly how rankings work: real Google ratings and review volume, a 4.0/15-review quality floor, refreshed monthly, and never for sale.
